Q. What do you require to rent a space?
A. You will need a valid state issued driver’s license when you rent a storage unit. You also need to have the names and telephone numbers of two additional people who we could use if we need to reach you, in case of emergency.
Q. How do I know what size unit I will need?
A. Unsure of what size you will need, visit our “What Fit’s” page. It has a description of each unit and pictures to show what you can fit into the different size units.
Q. How do I secure my unit?
A. To secure your unit, we require that you use a disc style lock on your unit. We sell them for $10 and they are yours to keep. If you already own a disc lock you are more than welcome to use your own.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, check, debit and Visa/Mastercard.
Q. When is the rent due?
A. Your rent is due on the first of each month. We do not send statements although we will give you a friendly courtesy call reminder on or near the first to remind you rent is due, which is always on the 1st day of each month.
Q. Do you pro-rate?
A. Yes, we will pro-rate your account when you move in although we do not pro-rate your rent when vacating.
Q. What are the terms of the lease?
A. It is a month-to-month lease. When you are ready to vacate your unit, before your rent is due again, simply give us notice and move out. Remember to take your lock with you.
Q. Do you have 24 hour access?
A. Yes, our facility has 24 hour access.
Q. How do I make my payment?
A. You have several options; you can mail your payment, call in and “pay by phone” with your credit or debit card, or we can set you up with our auto-pay program.
